Effective date: the date of publication of this document on the Website.
This Policy describes how Axon System Lab ("Studio", "we") processes personal data on the website axonsl.com ("Website"), when the interactive online assistant is used, in business correspondence and when providing services.
1. Personal data controller
1.1.The controller is Axon System Lab, a sole proprietorship registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia. Owner: Artur Petriman, Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia.
1.2.Contacts: legal@axonsl.com (legal matters and data protection), support@axonsl.com (customer support), Telegram: https://t.me/axonslbot.

2.1.Data you provide directly:
- messages in the online assistant, as well as your name and contact details if you leave them so we can contact you;
- correspondence by email and in messengers;
- data for concluding and performing a contract: name, project or company name, jurisdiction, contact details, brief and project materials;
- payment details: amounts, transaction dates, invoices issued and payer details;
- CLIENTS programme records: statistics of bookings, meetings held and confirmed payments in aggregated or pseudonymised form.
2.2.Data collected automatically:
- standard technical metadata: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, date and time of access;
- functional browser settings: selected interface language, current session identifier and user consent status (see the Cookie Policy for details);
- anonymised Website visit statistics, collected without the use of cookies.
2.3.Data from third-party platforms: basic profile identifiers when you contact us via messengers and transaction statuses from payment gateways.
2.4.Please do not send health information, data about your clients or patients, or other special categories of personal data through the Website or the online assistant. If such data is sent voluntarily, it is processed solely to respond to your request.
3. Interactive online assistant
3.1.Automatic chat replies are generated using language models of authorised AI providers. The text of a request is transmitted after consent is confirmed in the chat interface.
3.2.To generate a reply, the context of the current conversation is processed with automated measures for minimising and masking contact details.
3.3.The current chat session is stored locally in your browser until the tab is closed. When a request is submitted, the contact details, time of contact, selected language and content of the request are stored.
3.4.Replies of the online assistant are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice or a public offer.
3.5.You may withdraw your consent to data processing at any time by sending a request to legal@axonsl.com.
